小青龙汤: water beneath the heart.

心下 means “beneath the heart.” It could be the 胃脘，胸膈，腹部 or even the 肺. Wherever the 水气 stops, there the problem is. So we have:
- 干呕，不渴 (in the stomach, water in the stomach)
- 少腹满 (in the belly)
- 咳、喘 (in the lungs)
