Finding Histadelia
By mchern • Apr 12th, 2008 • Category: Other Alternative Modalities- take a blood test and check if you have high basophil count
- some things to look out for:
- white marked nails: meaning you need zinc and B6
- wake up early
- good appetite
- active mind
- obsessive/compulsive tendency
- suffer allergies
- rarely gain weight
- increased production of musuc and saliva => cavity-free teeth usually
- less hairy than the norm
- relatively long digit
- second toe longer than first
- well sustained orgasm, higher than usual sex drive
- may suffer insomnia
- sensititivity to pain
- hooked on excess sugar in coffee/tea
- like alcohol and other drugs, high tolerance level
Why? Histamine speeds up body’s metabolism. Hence, Histadelics are usually fast oxidisers, and fast ixidation of food means little weight gain.

Optimum nutrition for histadelics:
- diet:
- low in protein: proteins like meat contain amino acids that further raise histamine levels
- high in complex carbs
- lots of fruit and vegetables
- supplementation:
- vitamins C: 2000mg a day
- zinc: 15mg at least (some need double these amts)
- manganese: 5mg at least (some need double these amts)
- vitamin B6: 50mg at least (some need double these amts)
- further supplementation if histamine in excess:
- calcium: 500mg 2x/d - releases body’s stores of histamine
- methionine: 500mg 2x/d - detoxify histamine by attaching methyl groups onto it.
- note: histamine and folic acid are not friends:
- if you’re depressed and histadelic, don’t use too much (i.e. 15mg/d) folic acid
- while folic acid is a good anti-depressant, it is best used for non-histadelic. folic acid only further stimulates histamine production.
- and high histamine levels can lead to depression
